What are the values of Tulsa's Leadership Vision?
TLV believes that the values which must be supported and adhered to with all projects undertaken will be the following:
1. That the work product must inform and engage the
citizens.
2. That any analysis and research which produces
recommendations for decision makers must be data
driven.
3. That TLV believes in transparent and responsive
government.
4. TLV supports big picture visionaries.
5. That private sector solutions are best defined as
having neutral political orientation.
6. TLV's willingness to assist local leaders must be met
with responsive politicians.
7. A business approach to government and community
development issues.
8. Private sector solutions to public sector challenges
has a proven track record of success.
Who is Tulsa's Leadership Vision?
TLV is a group of community leaders which represent fifteen (15) different sectors of the business, educational, and nonprofit of the Tulsa community. The Board of Directors are Dewey Bartlett, Bob Jack, Joe Westerveld, Jesse Guardiola, Mike Mazzie, Bob Sullivan, John Brock, John Bumgarne. TLV does not have any full time employees. Any professional services which the board deems are necessary in carrying out the projects of TLV will be performed under the professional services agreements with third parties.
