What is Tulsa's Leadership Vision?

    Tulsa's Leadership Vision, Inc. ("TLV") is a not for profit 501 (c)3 corporation which brings together private sector business leaders who believe that local government leaders need a private sector organization that can provide them with the following;
(a) access to the private sector management approach toward solving public sector challenges;

(b) access to private sector resources which can do in-depth analysis and research on developing public policy positions; and

(c) private sector resources which can be an advocate for a non partisan, non-political solutions to both the challenges facing local government leaders and to advocate innovations in public services.

What is Tulsa's Leadership role for Tulsa?

    The role of TLV is to evolve into a high-level community voice and resource which brings local business leaders together to focus on improving the performance of government in Tulsa and which brings in-depth analysis and recommendations on innovative solutions for a better future in Tulsa. TLV will provide solid, actionable analysis and evaluations to the challenges facing local government and, when possible, provide alternatives and innovations to the performance of local government. TLV will inform elected and appointed officials as well as citizens about opportunities, which will enhance the essential requirements of running local government in the most efficient, innovative and cost effective manner. In essence, TLV will fill the role of providing independent research, consultancy, and influence with advocacy to local government leaders.
